Nearly 150 luxury condos will have direct access to Lady Bird Lake from a new building in the Clarksville neighborhood expected to be completed by the end of 2027. The development, which was announced in 2025 as The Belvedere, will feature 146 residences broken up across two buildings with pricing starting at just under $1 million at 300 Pressler St., between Lady Bird Lake and downtown.
