Hutto’s Planning and Zoning Commission unanimously approved the first phase of a nearly 50-acre development expected to include 127 residential lots, 20 duplex lots and nearly 20 acres of parkland. It’s the latest development in the nation’s 13th-fastest growing city among those with at least 20,000 residents, according to the U.S. Census Bureau.
