A new neighborhood is coming to the 156-acre Pearson Ranch development. Tri Pointe Homes announced plans to build 410 homes on 85.6 acres in an Oct. 6 news release. Construction on the new homes—located at the northeast corner of SH 45 and Parmer Lane—is expected to begin in early 2027.
