Texas small-business owners are optimistic about the economy and expecting growth in 2026, a new survey found. Nearly 80% of Texas small-business owners expect sales growth in the new year, and about 70% plan capital investments, according to a national survey of roughly 1,000 small business owners conducted by Comerica Bank.
