Two Houston suburbs and an Austin suburb have been named among the 10 best U.S. cities to live in 2025 and 2026. In its annual report, U.S. News & World Report analyzed 250 major cities around the country using federal government data. The five indexes — quality of life, value, desirability, job market and net migration — were identified and weighted according to a February 2025 public survey.
