The neighborhood, which was first announced in September 2025, is being developed in two phases. The first phase, which recently began construction, will include 48 homes on about 15 acres, while the second phase will add the remaining 59 homes on about 22 acres. The homes will range in size from a little under 3,000 square feet to 4,400 square feet. Residences will have between 3.5-4.5 bedrooms, 2-3.5 bathrooms and a three-bay garage.
