This has been one of the most unusual real estate markets I’ve seen in my 19 years in real estate. While inventory has gone up, prices haven’t dropped much, if at all in some areas; interest rates remain elevated, yet home buyers continue to purchase homes; our typically strong spring has been spread more evenly across the spring and summer months…all of these belie the norms.
