Round Rock officials say a 65.5-acre mixed-use development that just broke ground is the first of its kind for the city. The project, known as “the District,” will feature restaurants, a hotel, offices, multifamily residential units and green spaces all in a walkable area near Greenlawn Boulevard and Pflugerville Parkway. The city doesn’t have anything like it.
