Newly Built Homes Are Cheaper Than Previously Owned Homes as Builders Ramp Up Price Cuts 

As home builders aggressively slash prices to boost sales, prices of newly built homes are coming down. The median sales price of a new home in June was $401,800, which was about 5% lower than in May. Newly constructed homes in June were also far cheaper than existing homes. Texas Leads U.S. For Jobs Added Over Last Year

  Governor Greg Abbott today celebrated Texas as the No. 1 state for jobs added over the last 12 months following the release of July employment data by the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS).
